Theres no doubt about it, the festive season is a lot of fun but that combination of alcohol, late nights and a change in diet – together with cold weather – can all have an impact on your skin. By January we’re often left lacking radiance. In this blog post we explain the 3 steps you can take to get your glow back!
We recommend starting this routine just before bed time so that you can get the maximum benefits.
Step 1: Exfoliate
If your skin is looking a little less fresh than usual, the first thing we would recommend is exfoliating. You can exfoliate using either a gentle acid exfoliant or a granular scrub to help remove dead skin cells and debris. Our Exfoliating Scrub formula contains both types of exfoliator and works so that when left on Glycolic Acid, Pink Rose Clay & Pomegranate Extract help to gently brighten your skin and give it a boost. Then afterwards you can then wash it off and use the grains to stimulate circulation and exfoliate the more stubborn areas of dry skin.
If your skin has particularly dry/flakey areas due to the cold weather or you do not exfoliate regularly, we suggest spending an extra minute or two gently rubbing the grains in a circular motion across your forehead, cheeks & nose. Not only will this help skin to look fresh, it will also make it easier for any other skincare products to be easily absorbed.
Step 2: Replenish
Now that your skin has been prepped with an exfoliator, it’s in prime condition for a good dose of TLC. Use our Vitamin C Overnight Miracle Mask to give it a glow, help to treat fine lines and plump up the skin. Vitamin C is a well recognised antioxidant that can help shield skin from pollutants, even out the skin tone, hydrate and even slow down the signs of ageing. Hyaluronic Acid & Shea also help to plump up skin, while papaya extract is rich in the omega 6 and 9 essential fatty acids, Vitamin A, C and K.

Step 3: Hydrate
Finally, after a good nights sleep – wash your face & apply a generous layer of our Mega Moisture Gel Mask which contains Hyaluronic Acid, Marine Collagen & Vitamin E.
